Boris Schalk and UCP.ONE extend their exclusive cooperation again. Managing Director Joachim Keil commented: “We are pleased to be able to continue the successful cooperation of recent years. These releases and his sound works were absolutely significant in the development of the today known sound of “Hardtechno”. Nearly all Hardtechno people know his greatest hits like “Wet T-Shirt Contest“, “Travel Pussy“, “Don’t u wanna Pussy ride“, “Mayday“, “Candyman” and many many many others.
Boris Schalk alias Boris S. was born in Heidelberg (Germany) in 1979. As a child of 10 years he was infected with the virus of electronic music. He mainly listened to bands like Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode and so on. At the age of 14 he started to produce his own tracks. After a lot of work and developing his knowledge and creativity he got his first releases on some trance labels. Later he also started as a DJ and 2 years later he got his first resident job in Paramount Park. In 2000 he started working for the label “Toptrax Recordings” and founded his first 2 own techno labels Skull Tunes and Synopsis . This label grew fast and of the first 21 releases he wrote and produced 19 himself. Over the years and he released releases on well-known big labels like kne ‘deep, Abstract, Inflicted, Bitshift, Compressed Recordings and many more.
As a live act and DJ he played all over the world and on almost all well-known and important festivals in Europe like Nature One (Germany), Mayday (Poland), Awakenings (Netherlands), Defqon 1 (Netherlands), Monegros (Spain), Apokalypsa (Czech Republic) and many others.
