Rickard Karlsson publishes his works of the band “The Vice” worldwide at UCP.ONE

It all started in the dark year 2012. Founded in Stockholm, Sweden, The Vice started with the release of the 5-track EP “Let Me Go“. Even though it was a pretty straightforward, punkish creation, the band’s sinister roots (all members were born and raised in northern Sweden) were there from the very beginning. In the following years a number of other singles, videos, the debut album (“Selftltled“, released on the Rambo Music label) were added. Many shows in Sweden, two concerts in England and the first European tour were added.

In early 2017 The Vice released the single “A prayer cast in stone“, which marked the beginning of a new direction for the band, which now comes as a trio with a more honest and even harder approach. Several shows in Sweden, the UK and the Czech Republic, new videos and a single called “XIII Years” followed until it was time to focus on a second album.

Recorded by Andreas Bauman at BAM Studios Sweden, the second album “White Teeth Rebellion” is now released on the Noble Demon label. “White Teeth Rebellion” is a dark, nasty rock/metal album, written and composed by Rickard Karlsson.
