\u00a0\u201cJoined Up Writing<\/strong>\u201d by Anne Clark<\/strong> is one of the style-defining electronic New Wave records of the 80s. With the hit \u201cOur Darkness<\/strong>\u201d the long player landed an unforgettable classic. Anne Clark<\/strong>\u2018s poetic chanting was brilliantly staged by David Harrow<\/strong>, who wrote the songs for Clark\u2019s lyrics.<\/div>\n

David Harrow<\/strong> began his musical career in the early 1980s on the squatter scene in London\u2019s East End. At the Warehouse Theater in east Croydon he met Anne Clark<\/strong>. Several albums were created with her. During that time he also appeared with the underground group Psychic TV<\/strong>. In 1982 David Harrow<\/strong>\u2018s first solo album \u201cThe Succession<\/strong>\u201d was released. In Berlin he produced music for the groups Leningrad Sandwich<\/strong> and Fougorki<\/strong>. A long-term collaboration with Mike Vamp began there. In the Netherlands he worked on an album with Jah Wobble. In 1987, back in London, David Harrow<\/strong>\u2018s last album was created with Anne Clark<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In 2015 he began teaching electronic music production at Point Blanks LA Music School<\/strong>. In 2020 he received an Honorary Degree in Music Production<\/strong> from Middlesex University.<\/strong> In 2021 David Harrow<\/strong> and Mike Vamp<\/strong> released a remarkable \u201cGlam-Wave\u201d album entitled \u201cDiamond and Dust<\/strong>\u201c.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\u201cLow Winter Sun<\/strong>\u201d is David<\/strong> Harrow\u2019s current solo work with the singer Xeni<\/strong>.
