They were both members of the now disbanded band <strong>Staer<\/strong> and currently play in <strong>Tralten Eller Utplut<\/strong> alongside <strong>John Hegre<\/strong>. Together, <strong>Thore Warland<\/strong> and <strong>Kristoffer Riis<\/strong> have released four albums, three EPs and a single, and have collaborated on several compilation albums. Since 2011 they have played over 300 shows in over 35 countries in Europe, Asia and the USA. In May 2020 <strong>Golden Oriole<\/strong> released a split 10&#8243; record together with the French experimental electronic musician <strong>Jean-Philippe Gross<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<strong>Thore Warland<\/strong> and <strong>Kristoffer Riis<\/strong> of <strong>Golden Oriole<\/strong> are currently working on the soundtrack for the film <strong>Konnie &amp; Rudi<\/strong> by <strong>Martina Sch\u00f6ne-Radunski<\/strong> and <strong>Lana Cooper<\/strong>.
